During the Heian Period a millennium ago, Princess Shizu and the oni Shuri, also known as Benkei, fell in love and wedded. Sadly, the princess passed away, leaving Shuri devastated and transformed into stone. Presently, we encounter sixteen-year-old high school student Shizuko, who is taken aback by Shuri's sudden resurrection.
